I've been feeling pretty weird lately.

You yearn for a small squeak or squeal.
From anything.
But not a single sound is heard.
For now you are deaf.

Darkness.
You try to look for a sign.
A small bit of light.
There is only pitch black filling your eyes.
For now you are blind.

Speech.
You scream.
You can't get anything out.
Not a single whisper.
For now you are mute.

Touch.
You reach out to feel something.
You don't seem to touch anything.
You cannot feel a single thing.
For now you are numb.

Death.
You are falling.
There is nothing else to do but wait until you hit the ground.
But you are still falling.
For you are dead.
